Questions we will explore:
– At what point in your journey did culture become important?
– How have you had to evolve your culture over time?
– What specific processes and plans did you put in place to help define your culture?
– How can organisational structure effect culture?
– Is a flat structure ever really a flat structure and how do you ensure everyone’s voices are heard?
– How are diverse are your teams currently?
– What do you do to try and improve diversity if this is on your agenda?
– How can company policies effect inclusiveness e.g. maternity/paternity leave?
