Monzo 12 Epworth Street EC2A 4DL United Kingdom

Every month, we fling open the doors of Monzo HQ for a catch up with our community over food and drink. Each event kicks off with a short update on something interesting we’ve been working on, from sneak previews and panel discussions to Q&As with the team. We’ll shift the focus each month to keep things interesting! So bring your friends, feedback, questions and an empty stomach — we’d love to meet you ♥️
Earlier this year, our designer Zander Brade wrote a thought provoking blog piece on product design and mental health. Following up from this, we’re inviting our community to join the discussion, along with experts from the Home Office and the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute, to talk about how we can build smart, powerful and accessible products for all. We will be focusing on how the products, culture, and operations of a fintech challenger bank can be created to promote a better experience for vulnerable customers.

The panel:
Zander Brade, Designer at Monzo
Helen Undy, Head of External Affairs at Money and Mental Health Policy Institute
Eliot Hill, Senior Interaction Designer at the Home Office
Aidan Crawley, Founder of Circles.care

Led by Stuart McFadden, Head of Financial Difficulties at Monzo
