AltFi and NewFinance have come together to develop the Ubiquitous Finance event.
AltFi is the world’s leading news, data analysis and events website for the alternative finance space (crowdfunding, marketplace lending and beyond) while NewFinance is the world’s leading professional ‘FinTech’ network with over 6,500 professionals actively involved in Financial Innovation through Technology.

Ubiquitous Finance 2016 will be a unique one day thought leadership event structured around asking the big questions about how finance is becoming mobile and ubiquitous. We’ll explore a number of themes in four different venues at the RSA including:

How payment systems will be utterly revolutionised
The development of banking as an app – and what that means for the security of finance on the move
How the money on the go revolution is even hitting traditional investment structures
Why the Insurance sector is about to be massively disrupted
New distribution and user engagement channels such as Smart Devices
The impact of Big Data on finance
Ubiquitous Cybersecurity to support the new always-present services
The impact of new forms of currency and value exchange using mobile devices
The emphasis on the event will be high level thought leadership, discussing PRACTICAL implementation of revolutionary disruptive technologies – and how they are already having a real impact. We’ll also focus on regulatory and policy based challenges.
