The payments industry has never been as fascinating as it is right now. From traditional financial services institutions jumping on the digital transformation bandwagon to innovators and new entrants finding new business models and capitalising on new technologies. Or regulators trying to cope with it all and maintain some sort of integrity in an increasingly complex ecosystem facilitating the exchange of value.

Led by industry expert Neira Jones this interactive one-day training course will take you through the fundamentals of the payments ecosystem, from cards to ACH to alternative payments and debunk the jargon. It will also give you an overview of the payments value chain to gain a grasp of the key economics and take you through a whistle stop tour of the regulatory landscape.
